FALLOUT 3 ADD-ONS

Operation: Anchorage is the first downloadable content (DLC) pack for Fallout 3, and was released on January 27, 2009 for the Xbox 360 and Windows versions.

You obtain information on the introduction quest shortly upon exiting the vault in the beginning of the game. And can easily complete it before doing any of the main game quests except Escape!. Giving you access to some of the best items in the game, and Power Armor wearing before ever meeting the Brotherhood of Steel.
